Yes, everything I share there is completely accessible to anyone who wants it. But here's the thing: books are different. When you sit down and read a book, you're in a completely different headspace than when you're scrolling through YouTube. A book allows you to go deeper, to pause and reflect, to really absorb what you're reading in a way that a video sometimes can't give you. Books are intentional. They're something you hold, something you come back to again and again.
But honestly, the bigger reason I write books is because of what I can do with the money. When I sold my engagement ring after everything that happened with Landon, I didn't keep that money for myself. I donated it to single mothers. That moment changed something in me. You know, that's actually a really good question. People ask me this all the time, and I'm going to be honest with you because that's what I do.

The truth is, when I first released my journal and published it on Amazon, it sold out almost immediately. Like, I couldn't believe it. People were ordering it so fast that I literally couldn't keep up with the restocking. It was overwhelming in the best way possible, but it was also incredibly stressful. And right now, I'm pregnant, and I'm in a place in my life where I need to be protective of my energy and my peace.

Physical books require so much more than just writing them. My mental and physical health have to come first because if I'm not okay, nothing else matters.
